Beach chairs out front, a walk to Rio del Mar, then an hour at the North Bluff pool and jacuzzi — or a tee time at the golf course.

Cocktails on the balcony as the sky turns. Dinner at the on-site restaurant, or a short drive to Capitola — and the slow turn of stars over the bay.

Spotless, roomy, comfortable, everything upgraded and top-notch — and the views and beach access were unparalleled. We loved it so much we'd happily come back.
Waking up to the sound of waves and the sun rising over the horizon was simply magical. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It's a gem — I can't wait to stay again.
We often didn't want to leave the condo because it was so comfortable and the view is spectacular. We would book this place again.
We loved the view — even got to see dolphins from the deck on the last day. We enjoyed the pool, comfortable beds, and nice kitchen. Highly recommend.
